Athletes with ties to the Univeristy of Florida finished with 14 medals (5 gold, 4 silver, 5 bronze). Former men's swimmer Ryan Lochte led the way with four medals (2 gold, 2 bronze), while former women's swimmer Dara Torres contributed three silver medals to the Gator total.
