Gator Practice Closed
Published August 7th, 2008
Hawthorne native Cornelius Ingram may be out for the season, and Urban Meyer has closed football practice to the public.
After what Head Coach Urban Meyer called "a disappointing practice," Meyer decided to keep fans and media alike on the outside for the next two days.
The head coach decided to try and minimize some of the distractions around the team right now. And according to Florida Sports Information, Meyer feels his young team isn't able to focus on practice with the fans and the media watching them.
