Florida (15-1, 9-0 Southeastern Conference) out-dug South Carolina (14-4, 6-3), which entered the match as the league's top defensive team.

Florida returns to action on Friday when it travels to Auburn, Alabama to face the Tigers. Opening serve is set for 7 p.m. EDT.
