TEBOW FAILS TO WIN HISTORIC DOUBLE
Published December 13th, 2008
Sam Bradford and Tim Tebow will meet for a national championship on January 8th, but Bradford has already won a head-to-head battle against the Gator quarterback. The Oklahoma Sooners quarterback beat out the Gators' signal caller and Texas quarterback Colt McCoy to with the 2008 Heisman Trophy.
Tebow was seeking his second straight Heisman, which would have made him just the second person in history to accomplish the feat.
