Tebow Calls Many Duties "Overwhelming"
Published January 5th, 2009
Calling his platform both "a blessing" and "sometimes overwhelming," Florida Gator quarterback admitted Sunday that the responsibilities that come with being a Heisman Trophy winner can take its toll even on him.
"You just really have to work with it and balance it,"Â said Tebow.
Yet Tebow never complains about his obligations, according to teammate Brandon Spikes.
"Any time he has the chance to do anything with community, he's there," Spikes said.
The Gators face off against Oklahoma in the national championship game on January 8th. No doubt Tebow will be the center of attention.
