Tyus Transferring

Gator basketball sophomore forward Alex Tyus, from St. Louis, Mo., says he is going to transfer from the University of Florida men's basketball team.  Tyus finished second on UF in scoring this season, averaging 13 points and a team-high 6 rebounds per game. He hit 59 percent from the floor and attempted 330 shots, second most on UF's roster. He tied for the team lead with five double-doubles on the year.
