BCS Bowl Schedule Announced: Gators Big Easy-Bound
The Florida Gators will be in a BCS game. They will play an undefeated opponent with claims for a national championship. But rather than the BCS title game, the Gators will play Cincinnati for the Sugar Bowl on January 1.
After losing the SEC Championship Game 32-13 to Alabama, the Gators accepted an invite to play the third-ranked Bearcats.
Upon being asked whether the Gators would be mentally ready after a tough loss, head coach Urban Meyer said, "We will be highly motivated."
