Santa Fe Falls, GHS Wins in Respective Holiday Tournaments

The Santa Fe Raiders and Gainesville Purple Hurricanes each reached the final of a boys high school basketball tournament this week, but only the Purple Hurricanes were able to capitalize.
Gainesville High won the Cypress Lake Invitational, beating Hollywood McArthur 69-62.
Meanwhile, the Raiders lost in overtime to Orlando Boone 56-52. Santa Fe's CJ Wakely and Ashton Lee both made the all-tournament team.
