Gator Baseball Gets Series Win Over Tennessee
Published April 12th, 2010
Josh Adams kicked off a seven-run sixth inning with a three run home run, and the Florida Gator baseball team defeated Tennessee 9-1 to win the weekend series. The Gators began eight consecutive games on the road by taking two of three in Knoxville, TN, and on Sunday, that effort was aided by pitcher Hudson Randall, who struck out six batters over eight innings while giving up just one earned run. The Gators will face Florida State on Tuesday, the fourth and final meeting between the Gators and Seminoles this season.
