In the latest of a long line of close games between Eastside and Buchholz, the Bobcats took the season opener 17-13 at Citizen's Field Friday night. With Buchholz trailing 13-10 late in the 4th quarter, Bobcats running back Wintrez Thomas broke free on an 80 yard run to get into scoring territory. Marquis Noble capped off the winning drive with a 15 yard touchdown reception. With the win, the Bobcats end the Rams three-game winning streak in the series.
