Gators LB Hicks Policing His Thoughts On Crimson Tide
Published October 5th, 2010
Florida Gators linebacker Brandon Hicks says he bears no ill-will towards Alabama for the 31-6 win over the Gators Saturday night. But his reasoning was slightly off the beaten path.
"If you get in a fight with a person, your gonna be mad at that person for the rest of your life and then 10, 20 years down the road he's a police officer and he pulls you over and you're like, aww man, I hate this dude," Hicks joked.
His point?
You have to put the past behind you.
The Gators (4-1) meet LSU (5-0) at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
