Santa Fe Senior C.J. Wakeley is a stud on the basketball court, averaging 29 points per game for the Raiders. But before this summer, he was airballing it with his grades, so C.J. took the wakeup call and decided to get things right in the classroom. He is slowly pulling up his GPA, much to the delight of colleges hoping to recruit the leading scorer for Santa Fe. C.J. earned a 3.2 mark this past semester, and plans to attend a D-1 college and play basketball at the next level after he graduates from high school.
