Former Gator Marcie Hampton Named PK Yonge Volleyball Coach

After a great UF career under the tutelage of volleyball head coach Mary Wise, Marcie Hampton will be joining Wise in the profession. Hampton is going back to her alma mater, named the new volleyball head coach at P.K. Yonge. The Blue Wave have made three straight regional finals appearances, and return young, but talented players next season. Hampton was a four-year starter for the Gators, named All-SEC three times and named an NCAA all-american her senior year. This is Hampton's first head coaching job at the high school level.
