Kasey Newton's been playing soccer since she was four years old. But when North Marion was struggling to keep opponents from scoring, Kasey was approached by Coach Lynn Phillips to try goalie on for size. Since then, the Colts keeper held opponents scoring at bay, with a 1.24 GAA during her senior season. In the classroom, Kasey's GPA is solid as well, with an unweighted 3.1 GPA. She dabbles in multiple sports, but wants to focus on soccer, and will hopefully play the sport in college.
