Published April 24th, 2011
No. 5 Florida Gator baseball team continued its dominance against SEC West leader Alabama, having won seven of the past contests against the Tide with Saturday's 9-2 victory. The win clinched another SEC series victory for the Gators, who have now captured five of six in conference play. Florida was led by sophomore catcher Mike Zunino, who went 2-for-4, including a three-run homer in the bottom of the seventh to put the game out of reach. The Gators look for the series sweep on Sunday at 1pm.
