Here are the details of Florida Head Football Coach Will Muschamp's 5 year, 13.75M contract:
Base Salary: $250,000 annually
Television/Radio: $1.7M annually
Equipment Contracts: $260,000 annually
Apparel Contract (Nike): $200,000 annually
Expense Account: $61,000 annually
Pension: $29,400 annually
Bonuses:
Retention Bonus (for remaining with UF through end of contract): $500,000
BCS Title Game Win: $250,000
SEC Championship Game Win: $75,000
In addition, if Florida fires Muschamp, the school will owe him $2M for every year left on the contract. The buyout clause is $500,000.
