Sully Picks Alex Panteliodis to Start For Gators Friday in CWS
Published June 23rd, 2011
After a tough debate, Florida baseball head coach Kevin O'Sullivan has decided to rest his ace Hudson Randall, and start Alex Panteliodis in Friday's College World Series game versus Vanderbilt. Randall earned a win in Florida's first game versus Texas, but he has earned at least one more day off and Russell will go with Panteliodis, who last pitched in game 3 of the Gainesville Super Regional against Mississippi State. On the year, Panteliodis is 6-2 on the season with a 3.95 ERA.
