Trenton Hosts Knock Cancer Out of the Park

The Trenton Rotary Club is sponsoring "Knock Cancer Out of the Park" benefitting Corbin Wiggins, a young child diagnosed with cancer. The event takes place Friday, July 29th at Trenton High School's baseball field with competition starting at 7pm. All admission is free. Events include a speed contest, throwing contest, and home run derby. 11 area schools are participating, and the club will hold a raffle for autographed baseballs signed by former Gator and current Cleveland Indian Matt LaPorta, Braves third baseman Chipper Jones, and other Braves players. Donations directly to Corbin can be made to his fund at Capital City Bank.
