Trenton Gets Big Win Over Lafayette in 1A Regional Semis 49-13

The No. 2 team in Class 1A continues to roll through opponents, regardless of time of year. The Trenton Tigers continued a ground-and-pound attack that racked up over 500 yards rushing on the ground en route to a 49-13 victory over Lafayette in the 1A Regional Semifinals. Tigers Stephen Smith had 170 yards and two touchdowns, while teammate Brandon Stone added 160 and also scored two touchdowns. Trenton now travels to face Jefferson County in the 1A Regional Finals.
