Union County Football Shuts Out The Villages To Advance to Class 1A State Semifinals

The Union County Tigers kept their undefeated season alive and their state championship hopes intact with a 17-0 win over The Villages Friday night. The Tigers will now host Jefferson County, who ended Trenton's season with a 56-19 win over the Tigers.
In Class 2A, St. John Lutheran also saw its season come to an end, falling 49-18 at Warner Christian Academy.
