Gator Men's Tennis Advances to ITA Indoor Team Championships
Published January 30th, 2012
Andy Jackson made it no secret that this is the one that mattered. As New Mexico, Wake Forest, and Miami came to Gainesville for the ITA Kickoff Weekend, No. 5 Florida had a golden opportunity to wrap up a spot in the Indoor National Championships. After two solid wins over teams in the top 60, the Gators are doing just that. Florida rolled to a 7-0 sweep over No. 55 New Mexico, and followed that with a 6-1 defeat over Wake Forest to claim one of 16 spots in Charlottesville, Virginia.
