AC Leonard Suspended From UF Football
Published February 17th, 2012
Florida Gator tight end AC Leonard has been suspended from the team following his arrest on domestic battery charges Wednesday night. Police say Leonard was involved in a dispute with a woman, and forcefully attempted to remove her from his apartment, pushing the woman down, dragging her by her hair, and ultimately locking her out of his apartment. Gators head coach Will Muschamp said "This behavior will not will be tolerated and A.C. has been suspended from team activities at this time. I certainly don't condone this type of behavior - it is not what we expect from the University of Florida football program."
