Former Gator Golfer Tyson Alexander Gets First NGA Tour Win
Published March 6th, 2012
Tyson Alexander was not unnerved by stormy weather, a cold front, or an extra half-round of golf on the final day. Instead, he put all those distractions aside and won his first NGA level pro golf event, taking the Killearn Country Club Classic in Tallahassee by six shots on Sunday. The former Gator laughed as he thanked Florida State's head golf coach for allowing him a place to stay during the tournament. "I think I'm the only Gator allowed in their house," joked Alexander.
