Gator Baseball Shut Out Against Ole Miss 3-0

Published March 31st, 2012

Hudson Randall gave up three runs in the bottom of the first inning, and the Gator couldn't get a single one back. The No. 1 Florida baseball team was unable to muster any offense against Rebel Bears pitcher Bobby Wahl, and No. 16 Ole Miss shut out the Gators 3-0. The last time Florida was shut out was back on March 8th, 2011 in a home contest against Georgia Southern, where the Gators fell 7-0. Florida looks to rebound in game two on Saturday, as it has yet to lose back-to-back contest this season.
