Published March 26th, 2012
Florida head football coach Will Muschamp got some big news from a big boy on Sunday. American Heritage's (Delray Beach) Rod Johnson committed to Muschamp over the phone, marking the Gators 11th verbal commit to the Class of 2013. Johnson, a 6-foot-6 offensive lineman who tips the scales at over 300 pounds, confirmed his announcement on his Twitter account. He still holds interest from several universities, and is undecided whether he will take any other official visits now being pledged to the Florida Gators.
