Hawthorne Baseball Gives Up Lead, Loses to Crescent City 7-6

Published March 27th, 2012

Hawthorne baseball was hovering one game above .500 when Crescent City came to town. The Hornets fell right back to even-500 after Monday's 7-6 loss to the Raiders. Hawthorne pitcher Quin Bass did early damage with two-RBI and a run scored through three innings, giving the Hornets a 4-3 lead. But Crescent City battled back late and left with the win.
