The PK Yonge baseball team earned a spot in the class 3A state playoffs Tuesday night, beating St. John 4-1 in the district 3-3A semifinal. The Blue Wave will face St. Francis for a district title Thursday night, following the Wolves' win over Oak Hall in the other semifinal. Other area winners include Union County over Baldwin, Newberry over Chiefland, Vanguard over Gainesville High, and Santa Fe over Bradford County.
