Gator Baseball Loses Regular Season Finale To Auburn, Earns #3 Seed at SEC Championships

The Florida Gator baseball team came into Sunday's game against Auburn needing a win and an LSU loss to have a share of the 2012 SEC Championship. They got the win from LSU, but couldn't hold up their end of the bargain. Auburn beat Florida 5-4, ending the Gators hopes to at least hold a share of the SEC title for the third straight year. As a result, the Gators earned the #3 seed at the SEC tournament, and will have to face Auburn (the #10 seed) in the first round of the tournament on Tuesday at 5:30 in Hoover, AL.
