Gator Lacrosse Advances to NCAA 2nd Round with 6-4 Win over Albany

The third season for the Florida lacrosse team has seen plenty of success. The Gators hope to keep it going with a deep run in the NCAA Women's Lacrosse Tournament. Top-seeded Florida was handcuffed into a low scoring affair against Albany, but prevailed over the Great Danes with a 6-4 first round victory. The Gators advanced to the second round for the second straight year, and will host Penn State on Saturday, May 19th at 12:30pm in Donald R. Dizney Stadium.
