GAINESVILLE - Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelps will waste no time starting their much-anticipated Olympic swimming showdowns, with round 1 on Saturday in the 400m Individual Medley.

Lochte beat Phelps in that event at the US Swim trials, and Phelps - America's most decorated Olympic medalist and winner of 8 golds in Beijing - will be out to prove that he still holds the title of World's Best Swimmer.
