First-time Olympic swimmer Conor Dwyer is about to get the chance of a lifetime, but he says it's come with the most intense year of training in his life.

The former Gators swimmer qualified to swim the 400 meter freestyle in London, joining friend and training partner Peter Vanderkaay on the team.
