Gainesville- The Mississippi State Bulldogs have taken back the state of Mississippi. Its the rest of the SEC they're still trying to chase down.

In his 4th year as Bulldogs head coach, Dan Mullen has turned a perennial doormat into a team that has won back-to-back bowl games and 3 straight Egg Bowl games over Ole Miss, the first such streak since the 1930's.

Still, Mullen feels there were wins left on the table in 2011, and says he believes that the Bulldogs can make the winning plays in 2012.
