Hunter Earns SEC Defensive Player of the Week As Florida Enters Bye Week

GAINESVILLE- Omar Hunter earned his first career SEC weekly award after his performance Saturday against Kentucky.
Better late than never for the senior who arrived on campus as a freshman with so much promise, and has finally developed into a dependable starter in his upperclassmen years with Florida.
Hunter had 8 tackles against the Wildcats, as the Gators extended their- nation's best winning streak against UK with a 38-0 win.
