Sports Overtime Week 4
GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Chris Price and Angelo Caruso recap week four of high school football around North Central Florida.
Chiefland is turning a new page in their football program.
The Indians, who lost 23-straight games dating from the 2009-2011 seasons, were undefeated and at 3-0 for the first time since 2003.
Chiefland faced their toughest test of the season, traveling on the road to the top-ranked team in Class 1A Union County.
The Tigers also came into the contest undefeated, and stayed that way with a 12-6 win over Chiefland.
The game was scoreless through the first half, and both teams exchanged scores in the second half.
The Tigers scored the go-ahead touchdown late in the fourth quarter when Chandler Mann connected to Dylan Clark on a 22-yard grab.
