GAINESVILLE- Billy Donovan says he hasn't changed too much philisophically over his tenure as the head coach of the Florida men's basketball team.
Still, he has seen changes in the way he handles certain situations.
Through Donovan's highs and lows, he has built the Gators into a consistent winner-the most recent proof has been over the past two years as the Gators have reached the Elite 8 in both of those seasons.
Still, Donovan says nothing is pre-determined for this year's team-and a group that has Final Four talent could wind up, in Donovan's opinion, missing the NCAA tournament if they don't take the steps to go through the process of becoming great this season.
