Gator Football Moves into Top 10, Snubbed by College GameDay
Published October 1st, 2012
GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Florida earned a much-deserved bye after four weeks of the college football season.
The Gators are 4-0 heading into this weekend's SEC showdown against also-undefeated No. 4 LSU at 3:30pm.
The Gators moved into the Top 10 of the AP College Football poll without playing a game, but ESPN failed to award Florida their third appearance on the network's flagship college football preview show this season.
College GameDay will be in Columbia, SC as the No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs face No. 6 South Carolina.
Florida appeared as the featured game against Texas A&M and Tennessee, but both games had the Gators as the road team without the fanfare.
