One Voice: Larry Travis
Published November 14th, 2012
GAINESVILLE- Our One Voice guest played for the Florida Gators in the 1960's, and former offensive lineman Larry Travis has spent a lifetime around college athletics, including serving as athletics director for three different programs (Kansas State, Navy, Western Carolina).
Travis joined us at the TV20 studios to talk about his old friends and teammates (including one who went on to found Panama Jack) from the Silver 60's, and a discussion of whether a one-loss SEC team should be left out of the national championship picture.
