Vols End Gator Volleyball Home Winning Streak in Five-Set Shocker

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The Florida Gator volleyball team held an impressive 13-match home winning streak in the O'Connell Center but Tennesee put an end to it on Sunday.
The Volunteers upset the No. 13 Gators in a hard-fought five-set victory (25-17, 21-25, 29-27, 23-25, 17-19).
Florida was led by Ziva Recek with 26 kills with Taylor Brauneis adding a career-high 67 assists in the loss.
This was the Gators first loss in conference play (13-1) and fall to 19-4 overall.
