TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Sixth-ranked Florida proved to be just as tough a test for Leonard Hamilton's Florida State squad as any ACC foe as the Gators embarrassed the Seminoles on their home floor 72-47.
The lead reached to as many as 37 midway through the second half as Florida cruised to their seventh victory of their season, and their first true road game on an opponent's home floor.
The Gators used a well-balanced scoring attack with four players in double figures, including seniors Kenny Boynton and Mike Rosario with 14 points apiece.
Florida's next game will be the biggest test of the young season, as the Gators travel to No. 8 Arizona on December 15th.
