GAINESVILLE- One of the architechts of the Gators defensive prowess over the past two years is moving on, as Dan Quinn left the team Thursday to take a job as the Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator.
Gators Head Coach Will Muschamp didn't look far to find a replacement, promoting Linebackers/Special Teams coach DJ Durkin to the Defensive Coordinator position with the Gators.
Muschamp said he will look to add another coach that he deems a good fit for the team.
