Florida To Meet LSU Basketball In SEC Tourney Quarterfinals
Published March 14th, 2013
NASHVILLE- The Florida Gator basketball team beat LSU early in SEC regular season, and the Tigers say they're a different team from that 74-52 loss back on January 12.
Friday afternoon, they'll have the chance to prove it. LSU held off a late rally by Georgia to beat the Bulldogs and reigning SEC Player of the Year Kentavious Caldwell Pope to get a 68-63 win and a rematch with the top-seeded Gators on Friday at 1:00 pm ET.
TV20's Kassidy Hill was in Nashville with the Tigers after their win to ask about an SEC quarterfinal date against the Gators.
