Ryan and Amanda Porter were in a race against time on Sunday.  The Florida couple hoped to get through their vows before Tropical Storm Beryl made landfall.  The video was recorded by a wedding guest.  According to the guest the timing turned out to be nearly perfect.  As soon as the couple sealed their vows with a kiss, everyone cheered and ran to the reception building, as the rain started to fall.
