A Florida teen, who had a spear from a speargun get stuck in his forehead, remained hospitalized Friday.  The incident occurred in southwest Miami-Dade on Thursday.  Investigators are still trying to figure out exactly what happened.  The teenager was airlifted to a local hospital.  His condition is unknown at this time.
