Suwannee County sheriff's deputies have identified the woman formerly known as "Jane Doe."

Deputies say the woman is 34-year-old Shannon Wrench from Illinois.

Once Wrench came out of a coma, she gave deputies information leading them to issue an arrest warrant for 38-year-old Shawn Patrick O'Bryan also from Illinois.

O'bryan has been arrested there and is charged with attempted first degree murder.
