Abigaile Lefevers, a 12-year-old girl reported missing on September 24, was found in a parking lot near Miami along with the man accused of abducting her.

Deputies in North Carolina say Abigaile had been in contact in recent weeks with the suspect, Timothy Newman - a registered sex offender.
