Two missing Daytona Beach children were found sleeping in a car behind their home.

The children, 3 and 4 years old, disappeared Tuesday afternoon.

The mother of one of the children told police that she briefly left the home and returned to discover that both children were missing.

After a full scale search, authorities found them tucked underneath the front seats of the vehicle.

Officers searched the car three time before seeing the missing children.
