Since its inception the internet has been a bastion of freedom: freedom of action, freedom from regulation. That freedom may be threatened by both internet service providers and by the government trying to impose its will on service providers.
Clay Calvert, Ph.D., of the Marion Brechner First Amendment Project at U.F., explores with TV 20's David Snyder the pros and cons of the concept of "Network Neutrality."
