When we talk about doppler radar here at TV20, it's usually Bill Quinlan assessing current weather conditions.
     But smaller versions of doppler radar can be used for other purposes.  And one of them assesses current medical conditions.
     The device can measure your heart rate and other signs--from a distance of several meters.
