Soccer star, Hope Solo's fiance appeared before a judge accused of domestic violence.
Police in Kirkland, Washington arrested Jerramy Stevens early Tuesday, after responding to a disturbance at a house party.
Several people were hurt, including Solo, who suffered injuries to her arm.
And detectives say Stevens, a former NFL player, was hiding upstairs.
The 2 applied for a marriage license and were reportedly going to marry Tuesday.
Dancing with the Stars Fans said good bye to not 1, but 2 "All Stars" Tuesday night.
In the meantime, Kirstie Alley and her fellow dancers are collecting supplies... to ship to victims of Hurricane Sandy.

Kirstie says anyone who wants to help can drop off supplies at her organic juice shop in the LA area this weekend.
Items from Morgan Freeman's Madidi restaurant in Mississippi have been auctioned off.
The restaurant closed nearly a year ago and everything from sinks to chairs were sold.
