Even though the humanoid robot "DK" was born in Japan, it's nationality is Danish.

The robot has drawn worldwide attention for its life-like resemblance to its creator, A Danish college professor.

This resemblance includes everything from hair and clothing, all the way to individual scars.

The professor said he invented "DK" to to investigate the interaction between humans and robots.

The robot is a main attraction at a major expo in Lima, Peru, this weekend.
